Job Description: Supervises sales operations, customer service, inventory control, plant maintenance, plant and garden accessory sales, building display ponds, scheduling deliveries, and the hiring and training of 15 to 40 employees throughout the year.

Personal Statement: The ENH program has provided the knowledge I need to be an effective manager. Pant knowledge is useful in training employees and selling plants. Knowledge of insects and plant diseases helps diagnose problems within the nursery and for customers. Business exposure, especially human resource classes, teach how to foster good relationships with associates. The best part of my job is being able to help customers select the right plants and have them come back after a year and tell you how great their yard is.
